Shipping & Delivery
Regular purchases are typically shipped within 1-2 business days via UPS. Shipping is free on orders $90 and up.
Options for shipping method varies according to location and physical size of product.

Returns & Replacements
You may return unopened product in original packaging when authorized by an Return Request # within 14 days from the Invoice Date. Just email email@example.com to get an RMA and to get further instructions..
Customer must ship the products to the address in the return instructions at their own expense. Software of any kind is also not returnable.
Any claims of missing equipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. No returns will be accepted or refunds issued unless approved by The VoIP Mart by means of an issued Return Request #. Once a Return Request # is issued, the customer has 15 days to return their items for credit. Return instructions must be followed in order to receive a refund and/or avoid any charges for replacements.
The VoIP Mart is under no circumstances liable for costs of service for purchased equipment. The VoIP Mart reserves the right to void all return and warranty policies if there is any suspicion of tampering or misrepresentation.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Limit one promotion code per order. Promotions cannot be combined in a single order.
